Lifetime exchange & buyback policy for Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery.

At Lightgreen Jewellery, we proudly offer a Lifetime Exchange and Buyback Policy exclusively for products sold within India. This policy is designed to provide our customers with flexibility and assurance, subject to the following terms and conditions.

General Conditions for Exchange/Buyback:
  • Jewellery must be free from any form of damage, wear, alteration, or resizing.
  • Our Quality Assurance Department will review the product to confirm eligibility for the Exchange/Buyback. The decision of the Quality Assurance Department will be final and binding. 

To process a request for Lifetime Exchange or Buyback, the following items are required:

  • The Original Product
  • Original Invoice or a Copy
  • Product Certification (if available)
  • Valid Government ID Proof of the person making the request
  • Warranty Card issued at the time of purchase

For shipping products to us under this policy:

  • Pack and seal the product securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend bubble wrapping or using a small box or padded envelope.
  • Ship products only through our authorized shipping partners.
Lifetime Exchange Scheme:
  • Lightgreen Jewellery offers a 100% exchange policy. Products can be exchanged for other items of equivalent value based on the original selling price.
  • Upon acceptance of the goods for exchange, customers will receive jewellery of equivalent value. No monetary refund will be issued.
  • The exchange must be accompanied by the original certificate, invoice, and warranty card.
  • The exchange scheme is only applicable for products sold within India.
  • A quality check will be conducted before the exchange is finalized.
  • A logistics fee of Rs 1500 will be deducted from the exchange value.
  • Replacement products will be shipped within 21 days of receiving the original product.
  • If the exchange value of the new product is higher, the customer will pay the difference.
Lifetime Buyback Scheme:
  • Customers can return products under our Buyback Scheme for a refund, calculated as follows:
    • 100% of the prevailing market price of the metal (gold or other metals)
    • 80% of the prevailing market price of lab-grown diamonds
  • Any discounts received during the original purchase will be deducted from the diamond value in the buyback calculation.
  • No deduction will be made for labor or certification charges.
  • Taxes applied during the original purchase will not be refunded.
  • Buyback is subject to a quality check of the returned product.
  • Original certificate, invoice, and warranty card must accompany the return.
  • This scheme applies only to products sold in India.
  • A logistics fee of Rs 1500 will be deducted from the Buyback value.
  • Buyback payments will be made via RTGS or NEFT to the invoice holder’s account, provided valid ID proof is submitted.
  • Refunds will be processed within 21 business days after receiving the product at our registered office.

15-Day Return Policy

At Lightgreen Jewellery, customer satisfaction is paramount. We offer a 15-Day Return Policy for items purchased within India. If you wish to return a product, please adhere to the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns:
  • Products returned within 15 days from the date on the Shipping Invoice are eligible for a 100% refund to your original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).
  • The returned product must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition, with no scratches, wear, damage, or alterations.
Documents Required for Returns:
  • Original Packaging
  • Product Certificate (if available)
  • Copy of the Invoice
  • Warranty Card
Refund Amount:
  • The refund amount will be 100% of the amount actually paid. If any coupon, discount, or promo code was applied during the original purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly by deducting the equivalent discount amount.
Refund Process:
  • For payments made via Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking, the refund will be processed as a reversal transaction.
  • For other payment methods, the refund will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account within 21 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Shipping Charges:
  • A shipping charge of Rs. 1500/- will apply to all returns under the 15-Day Return Policy.
Exceptions:
  • This 15-Day Return Policy is only applicable for ready-made jewellery. Customised or personalized jewellery is not eligible for this policy.
How to Request a Return:
